I pray for an life that is uncomfortable
one that includes
hurt sadness and righteous anger
along with
love joy and peace
I pray that my life will
not always be easy
but have depth
that comes from
trusting the Lord
in
every
situation
I pray that at the end of this life
I will understand and empathize
with people who are hurting
while having an
uncontainable
joy from the Lord
